If we're going to go with this picture, it needs a caption like "We couldn't find a public domain picture of Will Smith".
Big T: Our images aren't public domain, anyways. We use them under the fair use doctrine, and use a non-commercial license to be doubly sure of the legality. There's no reason we couldn't use Will Smith. I figure we don't because we don't want to unduly associate the MIB trope with the movie.
