SAMAS: I liked this one better as Her Heart Will Go On, although a rename to this wouldn't be out of the question.
Paul A: It's a subtrope. HHWGO is the general case of "heroine outlasts her love interest", this is the specific case where a baby is involved (which is, at a rough count, fewer than a quarter of the examples listed at Her Heart Will Go On).
