This trope isn't just anyone seeking revenge under any circumstances ever. The concept of a hit-list or, at the very least, a high body count has to be in there somewhere. Inigo is Best Served Cold — and it's already there, as the very first example in its category.Ru: I expanded the Takishi Kovacs stuff a bit, but specifically removed the bit about his girlfriend being burned (she wasn't) and the cult being basically Islam. I saw them far more as generic old-school christianty Knight Templar type people, especially given that the inhabitants of Harlan's World will be white. To be fair, strongly patriarchial behaviour is common across most Abrahamic religions.
Nohbody: How long does the hit list have to be before it's considered a RROR? Obviously more than one listee, or else it'd not be all that much of a "list", but how much more at a minimum? Two, five, ten, umpteen dozen, or what?
