Ronfar: I can't find it anywhere, but I distinctly remember an "All That" sketch in which there is a guy who claims to have fallen in love with a girl, and that she loves him... but she's in a coma. It's gotta be the Trope Namer, because everyone tells him he's just crazy because "Dude, She's Like In A Coma!"
