Indio: I feel the Truth in Television section is becoming a bit unruly compared to the other examples. And yes, I am aware I posted in that section as well.
Not just truth in television, but possibly justified, in that there's an instinctive, evolution-related reason children (and some adults) are picky eaters? Kids who frequently ran off and popped everything in reach into their mouths frequently died of poisoning, particularly before medicine started to advance, so children with this trait...oh, you know the rest. Anyway, it's an evolutionary reflex, just like jumping at a loud noise.
