Anonymous Mc Cartneyfan: I think the idea behind this page is, if you have a superpower with no clear offensive uses, odds are you will not have the fighting ability of a Bad Ass Normal either. It's a subset of What Kind of Lame Power Is Heart, Anyway?, but it may be fixable.

Morgan Wick: I Thought It Meant the way invisibility is nonetheless visible in comics and TV, from the lines on the old Hanna-Barbera cartoon to the translucent effect in more modern shows and movies.

I think the idea behind this page is, writers never find a way for someone to use a power defensively that doesn't a) make them look like a coward and b) basically consist of "get beat up and heal afterwards". So defensive powers come off like Heart even when they really aren't. Although between the confusing description and somewhat contradictory examples, I'm not sure it IS fixable... certainly it doesn't seem to be used in the way described above...
