Working Title: Army vs. Navy: From YKTTW
Joysweeper: One of my professors used to be in the CIA during Vietnam. He likes telling us about how the various intelligence branches won't share with each other, and he bemoans all the wasted effort. That would be more of a case that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, though.
Given recent developments, the NSA may need to be added as a third party to the FBI-CIA rivalry.
