SalemSage: I have a suggestion, but I'm not sure if it goes here or not. Whatever the case - oh hey, I just made an epic segway. I'm of the opinion that Incredible Shrinking Man is renamed to Incredible Shrinking Whatever. It's pretty much the opposite of Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever, plus the name can be easily confused with the film of the same name. Anyone have any opinions on this?
ShiroiHane: I once read a short Sci-Fi story where a man created a device that can reproduce a whole object from a small piece of it, but only in miniature. He create a mini dinosaur from a fossil which bites off his fingertip, which lands in the machine creating a miniature of him (his original body dies). Both man and dinosaur are killed by a rat. I've looked through all the Sci-Fi books I own but haven't found it so do not know the name of the work or it's author.
