cg12345: That would actually be a better title for this trope, since the only time I've heard it word-for-word was the Wicked Witch in The Wizard Of Oz, which doesn't count (please let it not count.}
Loser Takes All: The description says that it's almost always a male villain and female prisoner, but I have literally never seen a movie where a female villain or a male villain with a female hench(wo)man captures the heroine (or hero's girlfriend) where the villainess didn't at the very least lasciviously stroke the heroine's cheek or hair for a Depraved Bisexual vibe. Would anyone object to something to the effect of "Sometimes employed with both characters being female in order to establish a female villain as a Depraved Bisexual" being added to the description? (I wasn't comfortable amending the description unilaterally)
