Kerrah: Isn't this trope supposed to be about random encounters with friendly monsters? There are a lot of "whatever battle with ridiculously easy enemy" examples there.
djkates: Essentially, yeah. It's random encounters that are non-battles or are with monsters that are designed to be a non-threat.
