Earnest: They're all over the place in Mexico, there's this one restaurant in my hometown that actually has them fresh baked in the morning... mmm... Personally, my favorite are the ones with pumpkin preserves in the middle. Anyway, here are a few recipes for it, some in English. I'm a horrible cook, but they look legit.
