Is there any way this trope can get cleaned up? I have noooo damn clue what it's supposed to be about. The general gist I get from the entry is that it's a sister who's sexually active but not and is cynical and flirts with everyone but isn't and is reliable for other people but really can't support them because she's either drunk or cooks horrible or ooooohhhhh lord I've gone cross-eyed.
