Anonymous: How can this be a manga effect? Mangas are always black and white (except for a few bonus color pages), so this should be impossible to pull of in manga.
Citizen: Black, white, and shades of gray. Color Failure can happen even in manga that isn't colored.

Yarrunmace: I'm sorry, but I don't like the title. Color Fail makes me think of an unusually egregarious artist's error. Perhaps Scared To White? Or Color Drain?
