- Goat Boy - I think we need another sub-trope: Big Stop. Big Stop is often used when a character is hallucinating, maybe seeing dead people, and screams "STOP!" trying to get the voices or images to go away. Two examples would be in Pink Floyd's The Wall, where there's actually a song called "Stop", and Trainspotting, in the scene where Renton is hallucinating, and screams "STOP!" repeatedly.
