Ununnilium: I took off Homer Simpson as a Western example, because this trope refers specifically to characters who constantly eat huge amounts of food, but *don't* gain weight.

StruckingFuggle: "Constantly" eat huge amounts of food? If it's usually off-screen because they're a side character, and it might be tied to healing that they don't do much of, but they still wolf down huge quantities of food (possibly more volume of space in one sitting than they occupy!), does it still count if we've only seen it once?

Qit el-Remel: Removing the "World of Quest" example; Graer doesn't look fat to me. (He seems to be proportioned like the typical cartoon lion.)

nobody: Not so sure about the "part-saiyans" part of this entry:

  • All the Saiyans (Goku, Vegeta) and part-Saiyans (Gohan, Goten, Mirai Trunks, Pan) in Dragonball Z. (Other characters look on in shock no matter how many times they see it done. Justified, because the amount of fighting the Saiyans do would require a lot of energy.)

In the manga at least, Gohan, Goten and Trunks are shown to have normal, healthy appetites. Goku is the big eater, followed by Vegeta at a more moderate level.

High Five: Should we have a Quotes Wiki page for this?
