Morgan Wick: For those lucky few, they receive the Call To Adventure, and ask: "How high?" Terribly mixed metaphor.

Daibhid C: Since "How high?" links to Jumped at the Call, I can see the point, but reading it straight it reminds me of Pratchett's "When Sergeant Detritus says 'Jump!', you say 'What colour?'"

Seanette: Moved Galaxy Quest example from Live Action TV to Film. Not sure why it was in the original location to begin with.

This is Promoted Fanboy. It's already there.

Nohbody: I'm pretty sure there's more than one example of the trope from literature, but the only one I can think of is Mike O'Neal from the Posleen War Series. I kinda hate to start a new section just for one example, though, so can anyone else think of one or more other examples?

Never mind. Wiki Magic to the rescue. Also moved the Heinlein entry to Literature from Film. There's probably a film of Spacesuit in the works (like pretty much everything else besides Farnham's Freehold), but it's not beyond planning, at best.
