A live-action movie or TV show that has an opening credits sequence that is cartoon animated with all sorts of wacky hi-jinks. The opening may foreshadow the plot, set up the backstory, or just be emblematic of the story's theme.
Very popular in the films of the 1980s.

- Auto Focus
