Removed unnecessary discussion of A Horse and His Boy. (Yes, we all know that the boy doesn't actually own the horse -- this is not the point of the title inversion.) Also removed the reference to The Last Battle, which doesn't really fit the trope at all -- the king and the unicorn are friends, but don't have that special bildungsroman relationship.
