On the subject of Crowning Music of Awesome:
During a recent episode (the second appearance of Jasmine Guy as the grandma) the dialog track wasn't broadcast for almost the first 15 minutes of the show. I don't know if it was a national glitch or something my affiliate did (I watch over the air HD broadcasts). Anyway, the thing is, the background music was AMAZING. Once I figured how to turn on closed captioning so I could get the dialog I was really enjoying it. It was much like watching a movie with an isolated score it was THAT GOOD.—Alessar

Please Elaborate. Also, how the fuck does Damon qualify as the Woobie? Suddenly all of his previous misdeeds (oh, like manipulating Caroline, Vicki, and this series' scoobies, threatening Elena and Bonnie, and being responsible for most of the murders in Mystic Falls) are suddenly null and void because he wubbed Kafwine so muchly, it hurted. Um, what?
