Kizor: Removed explanatory text to maintain the awesomeness of only having that picture; this I consider a reasonable trade-off since anyone with some experience with forums or possibly USENET knows what the term means. As an attempted polite appeasement to those who are more practical and less awesome, here is the explanatory text.
