I know alot of people rip on Ultimate Spiderman, and I myself have bashed Avengers Assemble quite thoroughly, but this...holy crap it makes those shows look like Justice League Unlimited by comparison. It is an incredibly awful cartoon, and I honestly don't know where to start on this shit...
I suppose the characters are a decent starting point. As should be obvious from the title alone the show centres around Hulk and the over Hulk-characters from the MU, She-Hulk, Red Hulk, A-Bomb and Skaar. And that's...pretty much where the connection to canon ends. These characters have had all their backstory and interesting traits stripped away to make for bland archetypes. Hulk is just Hulk with zero references to Banner, there's no drama about Ross being the thing he hates the most, Skaar is now a clone or some shit rather than Hulk's son, She-Hulk is a stuntwoman as opposed to the fun-loving lawyer from the main continuity...The voice acting is okay, they picked decent people for the roles, but the stupid dialogue makes it feel like their talents are being wasted.
It's clear they were trying to go for a 'light' approach, just like every other Marvel cartoon for no particular fucking reason. The problem is, you can't get invested in the action if you can't feel any drama or sense of danger. Also the 'documentary/reality TV thing' is fairly underplayed, used mainly for lame jokes.
The animation is a major weakness of the show. Certainly problematic for a cartoon. It uses that same choppy 'meh' style that Ultimate Spiderman and Avengers Assemble has, and manages to make it even worse. The shots come and go in the intervals of microseconds, shifting constantly and making for an almost nauseating experience. Like the show has ADD or something. Combat scenes are surprisingly tame considering it centers around the fucking Hulk, alot of the action either lackluster to watch or nigh-impossible to make out because of that godawful editing.
WesternAnimation Shockingly Bad

I say give it a miss.
