YGX Abridged was an amazing parody that, much like every other underrated abridged series that made a blip on Youtube, ended way too soon.
It had a rather rough start, but Shady Vox and Darkside's chemistry together soon proved to be a nearly unstoppable force as they improved at their craft over time. Their golden age would soon reach full bloom by episode 13 and they honestly smashed it out of the park for several episodes after that.
Even as the series eventually slowed to its end (with Shady bowing out by episode 18, and only having a minor cameo appearance in the last published episode), it still maintained a fun charm that is always fun to look back on.
