Fanfic An interesting read but can be hard to follow
Because the story frequently changes perspectives and no one has all the information (or even half of it a good deal of the time), it can be tricky to follow along with what exactly is happening at any given time, especially because most fight scenes are either off-screen entirely or are only covered by someone in-story commenting on them.
Regardless, the idea of Tony taking over the world by complete accident and everyone just assuming it was his plan all along is pretty hilarious. If you can deal with the shifting perspective and unreliable narration, it's definitely worth a read.
Do note however, that the story is not Team Cap friendly, though it's not actually hostile like many Team Iron Man stories. Several characters are (SWORD and JARVIS for example), but the narration is mostly neutral and Tony's perspective doesn't really go more negative than "I'm going to force them to deal with the paperwork this mess is causing".
Fanfic Amazing. Long. Genfic.
This piece of art is glorious, features ALL the best Tony Stark tropes, makes vastly more sense than established MCU canon, and has me pining for more. It's brilliant and the author should feel proud of this behemoth.
