These all-female subway cars... I was thinking about it. What if you're a transvestite, transsexual, etc? Curiosity compels me to ask. I would assume that if your genitalia are female, you're allowed in the girl car, but that's just me.
The article mentions India as another country where this is a problem. Tragically proven true recently, where local chikans took it to the logical and exceedingly nasty extreme of preventing the girl from getting off the bus - with the driver's active collusion - and gang-raping and finally murdering her.
