Mizuki finds out in chapter 2 of her route that Jin Furue has the left half of Uru Somezuki's face, with his own distinctive percent-shaped birthmark on his right side. In Mizuki Chapter 4 M2, however, she appears to have no idea who the half-body found in Gen's freezer is, despite the fact that she should know exactly who it is by the birthmark. This only makes sense if the Mizukis are two different people, and the events happened at different times.
If I've got my timelines right, Mizuki learned the truth regarding Uru and Jin's faces in Chapter 4 M3: Bid the Soldiers Shoot, where she found nothing but lovey-dovey feelings for Kizuna in Lien's Somnium. The two of them find the way into the underground cathedral, discover Uru's right half and Tokiko's file detailing pretty much everything. Chapter 4 M2: Who's There is where she learned from Lien's Somnium that he found a body half in the freezer at Brahman and forces him to reopen it, and she is baffled at who it is. These are the same Mizuki at roughly the same time on two different branches very shortly after their divergence point. Whether in the apparent or true timeline, Mizuki shouldn't have any clue as to who the body is. However, I admit that I might be missing something here, hence why I didn't just remove it.
