May I please ask that since Belial as revealed in episode 10 appointment as the leader of the seven mortal sins means that none of the mortal sins can literally betray her.... Would that be a subverted version of the authority in name only?
So, the main page calls the new Seven Heavenly Virtues anime a spin-off rather than a sequel, and indeed the synopsis gives the impression that it won’t take place in the same continuity of the first anime. But then what should we do about the entries for this new series? Wouldn’t it be annoying if we had to add “only in the Virtues anime” or “unlike the first anime series, this anime doesn’t use this” to all the new entries? If it turns out that they really are in separate continuities, I suggest we create separate folders for both anime. A folder for “Tropes appearing in Seven Mortal Sins”, and another for “Tropes appearing in Seven Heavenly Virtues”. Maybe a third one for “Tropes appearing in both series”.
