I think the overarching part of the paragraph was that the END RESULT is the same. Removing intent, removing control, its the same result. I maintain that every character in every series Shining Draws EVERY TURN. ZEXAL was just more honest about it (which isn\\\'t to say Yuma used Shining Draw that much, the show went out of its way to restrict its use via dimensional specifics).
