Now, what is a somewhat valid point is that he might have so little characterization that he doesn\\\'t count aside from decisions that players make. But even that is sort of undercut by the fact that, as you yourself said, \\\"the games lean towards this interpretation.\\\" How you feel about it, and whether it\\\'s an InformedAttribute is irrelevant. If the games present him as such, then he\\\'d qualify.
