All those examples seem too disjointed for Bon Bon to really qualify as a singular character, let alone an important supporting one. Bon Bon was essentially a go-to filler character for an anonymous pony who the writers can do sometime with or to (usually in the role of a jerk or the victim of something). What with giving her a different voice for every appearance until this one.
