Even plenty of readers, experiencing the event in a much shorter timespan and having the LawOfConservationOfDetail on their side, didn\'t see the twist coming. Incidentally, how has the magic behind the Marauder\\\'s Map not been put to greater use? It\\\'s a piece of magic made by four kids (none of whom seemed to be horribly exceptional wizards) that can beat Polyjuice Potion, Invisibility Cloaks, Animagi, probably other things I haven\\\'t thought of. Given 2/4 of the makers are in the Order of the Phoenix, you\\\'d think that they\\\'d manage to replicate that.
