I\'m adding the Ask Prince(ss) Quasimodo Quartz Tumblr (which I am illustrating) on here. Hope there aren\'t any issues with that.

1) But you have to remember that up until this episode, every time a Monster has come to Townsville, it has been to attack the City and lay waste to its buildings. These attacks destroy hundreds of buildings, cost untold amounts of money in property damage, and most importantly of all, endanger thousands of humans lives. 1) But you have to remember that up until this episode, every time a Monster has come to Townsville, it has been to attack the City and lay waste to its buildings. These attacks destroy hundreds of buildings, cost untold amounts of money in property damage, and most importantly of all, endanger thousands of humans lives. If the Girls don\\\'t show up to stop the Monsters, there\\\'s no telling how much damage they would cause. Plus there\\\'s the fact that, until the episode \\\"Super Zeroes\\\", the Monsters never explain to anyone \\\'\\\'why\\\'\\\' they\\\'re attacking the city, but only roar like any giant monster would in a giant monster movie. As far as the people of Townsville knew up until that point, the Monsters were apparently all just mindless beasts who existed to destroy everything around them for no good reason, and therefore \\\'\\\'\\\'extremely\\\'\\\'\\\' dangerous. In their minds, it made sense to start running as soon as a Monster appeared to do its thing, especially since they had no powers like the Girls did and would therefore stand no chance against them.

2. You\\\'re describing what the U.S. \\\'\\\'was,\\\'\\\' not what it has \\\'\\\'become.\\\'\\\' It\\\'s true that the United States started out as a country with a lot of prejudices and elitist and imperialist attitudes. (At its inception, only \\\'\\\'white males who owned property\\\'\\\' were allowed to vote.) And because of those attitudes, it has a number of incidents in its past that are frankly quite shameful and that most Americans these days are no longer proud of (slavery, segregation, the treatment of Native Americans, imprisoning Japanese Americans in prison camps during World War II out of unfounded and unproven fears that they were more loyal to Japan and would therefore rise against us out of that loyalty, etc.). But America has (largely) grown out of those attitudes, stopped acting in such a terrible fashion towards minorities, and realized that such attitudes and behaviors are wrong. It has become a land where people of all classes, religions, ethnicities, and genders can exist side-by-side in an atmosphere of (mostly) friendship, equality, and acceptance. It\\\'s not inspired by that shameful past anymore. And so no, it \\\'\\\'wouldn\\\'t\\\'\\\' make sense for the Monsters to take over Townsville at the end of this episode.

3. By \\\"immigrants\\\", I mean all the ones that have come to this land after the first groups of white, English, Protestant settlers who first colonized this land (and have become just as much a part of it as the first settlers did). And who refers to America like that (except historical revisionists)?

4. Finally, \\\"equal but separate\\\" isn\\\'t the American way anymore. Not after all the positive CharacterDevelopment this country has gone through. And this one Status Quo I wish the show hadn\\\'t maintained. And you wouldn\\\'t see \\\'\\\'Superman\\\'\\\' letting lawyers attack each other, would you? The Girls really should know better than to allow stuff like that.
