Edit: Checked out my Call of Cthulhu Malleus Monstrorum - Ut\\\'tulls-Hr\\\'ehr is a GOO from a obscure Mythos novel \\\"Nightmare\\\'s Disciple\\\". According to the book, it\\\'s cult is a small all-female group that worship this creature via... well I rather not get into details, but I can suspect it\\\'s something Yaoi fans would like.
