Except that this doesn\'t apply to Durandal in anyway. While the Destiny Plan may seem racist, his motivation has nothing to do with racism. And I do believe he mentioned that he wanted everyone to be given the same chance, regardless of their race, their gender and whether they received genetic engineering in any nature. The best you could say about this being in anyway racist is that Durandal didn\'t factor in that the Destiny Plan could be used that way, especially by people who DO believe that Coordinators should be the master race.
