CuteShotaroBoy is not and never was the SpearCounterpart of TokenLoli. They are different tropes (although they may overlap). They are both unisex, and they both now have unisex names so that people will use them both for both sexes, as they should.

One of the reasons for renaming TokenLoli was so that people would stop insisting it was AlwaysFemale.
