Removed the natter about Cipher because it veered off-topic and (this may be an unpopular opinion) I \'\'really\'\' doubt that most in Cipher are quite as horifically evil as Ghetsis just based on the actions of the organization as a whole. Cipher may have had more KickTheDog or MoralEventHorizon moments, but Ghetsis seems so much worse as an individual than the likes of Snattle, Lovrina, Ardos, or even Evice and Greevil, I can\'t help but feel that if Ghetsis and Cipher ever crossed paths, \'\'he\'\' would end up becoming a leader in the organization and directing their evil operations himself! So the EvilerThanThou thing would be the other way around.
