An internet search for Aether CrystalGlacia would seem to indicate the the work is still in a state of nonexistance, at least on the internet. Only results of note are this page and a forum on bulbagarden which seems to have been a brainstorming thread for this.

edit: Troper in question\\\'s page indicates that they are taking the general plot of the story (which was originally a fanfic) and using the work\\\'s title and general plot for a new work. The original story still doesn\\\'t seem to exist in any form.
