[002] RangerSix Current Version
Changed line(s) 1 from:

The free version doesn\'t have any \
to:
The free version doesn\\\'t have any \\\"drawbacks\\\", per se - it\\\'s pretty much the same as the retail version. There are a grand total of five differences:

*Free has 50 backpack slots to start with, Paid has 300.
*Free will only drop \\\"standard\\\" items (i.e., achievement weapons and common drops), Paid drops the rarer items too.
*Free has limited blueprint access for crafting items (though I\\\'m not sure if the limit is X number of blueprints, Y classes of items, or a mix of both).
*Free accounts can only receive items (so you can\\\'t send someone a gift or exchange items in trades).

As the official FAQ ( http://www.teamfortress.com/freetoplay/faq.php ) says:

\\\"EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXACTLY THE SAME!\\\"

(By the by, I suspect that the AllegedlyFreeGame trope is being misused here - they\\\'re generally \\\"free to play, pay to win\\\". The free version of TF2 can be won without shelling out money, providing you define \\\"winning\\\" as \\\"kicking the other team\\\'s ass\\\", and not \\\"unlocking every single map and character and getting every single item\\\" - especially as the former is impossible, since they\\\'re all already present.)
