But it\'s startling that there are some things (e.g. showing up in a car advert) that, for a large number of fans, fall under the category of \'\'\'Things Miku Would Never Do\'\'\' -- when Miku is, in theory, the perfect chameleon and capable of doing \'\'anything\'\'.

In addition to that, I\\\'ve heard a lot of complaints about Miku\\\'s actual visual appearance in the commercial and in the artowrk on Toyota\\\'s website. In both cases, I\\\'ve heard them described as looking like something a talented American computer artist or graphic designer \\\'\\\'who knew nothing about Miku\\\'\\\' would create if you handed him/her a DVD of the 39\\\'s Giving Day concert and asked for an updated version of the character.
