Why is the homeless man\'s approach any less innocent than Fifi\'s? Fifi outmasses most of her potential paramours, stinks like hell, lives in a garbage dump, and our hypothetical homeless man could be operating with the same mentality as Fifi.
My point is to try and inform you that just because we, the viewer, know the innocent intentions of the character in question does not mean the victim in question knows nor cares, because they are on the receiving end of behavior that could easily become not so innocent in short order (and regardless, is illegal no matter what the intention is). To condemn them for acting in a way that is perfectly reasonable behaviour is unfair, and to lump them with the worst scum imaginable is particularly cruel.
