I suggest you look up the definition of assault (well, battery). If she so much as touches someone without consent (assuming it\'s avoidable, no jury is going to find you guilty if you bump into someone in a crowded subway unless you fondled them), she is assaulting them. And her attempts to kiss them without consent adds in sexual assault. Furthermore, I was talking the fanfic where you describe her sticking her tail in, which would likely flood the room with her stench, and given that skunk stench tends to drive people to gross self-injury in these cartoons, her stinking up the place would likely have resulted in Furball flushing himself down the toilet.

And I\'m an extreme negativity theorist? You\'re the one arguing Furball is this horrible monster for engaging in behavior consistent with self-defense, and you\'re acting like it\'s his fault for not reciprocating a relationship he does not want to be in.

As for not harassing people on purpose? Drunk people don\'t run people over on purpose. It still happens.

As for the seriousness, I\'m trying to maintain trope integrity (yeah, trope maintenance is SeriousBusiness), and I just find the arguments for this particular entry shallow and CompletelyMissingThePoint of MoralEventHorizon. All there is is a bunch of ALL CAPS for behavior I find pretty understandable.
