I think that \\\"too young\\\" should be removed. It discriminates against individuals for their age and implies that there is a set age and when someone is below that age they aren\\\'t capable of consenting to sex, and when they are above that age they magically become capable of consenting.

I also believe that the part about drugged people not having an \\\"accountable mental capacity\\\" should be removed. I understand that the person who wrote that is likely not referring to people high on caffeine, but rather to people under the influence of more powerful and intelligence-impairing psychoactive substances, but people under the influence of such drugs can still consent at times. Furthermore if consent was given before the individual became intoxicated it\\\'s still consent, and if the individual consented to taking the drugs they willingly lowered their intellectual capacity and perhaps inhibitions so I believe that they are still responsible for their actions.
Even if they aren\\\'t responsible for their actions when they\\\'re high (that\\\'s quite the excuse...), putting a lack of the ability to consent in the \\\"sane\\\" section is asinine. Despite what some people who possess morals may say, raping someone is not insane. It\\\'s just not consensual. In fact the whole \\\"sane\\\" section should be moved to the \\\"consensual\\\" section. Otherwise it implies that rape is insane which it is not.

Given the Lovecraftian incantation Kotomi starts chanting earlier in the show, who else thought that Kotomi might have read one of the Cthulhu novels to Tomoya while he slept? Which might in turn have given Tomoya his strange nightmare in the library? Is there a trope for that?
