* \\\'\\\'[[http://stconline.co.uk/ Sonic the Comic Online]]\\\'\\\' is an online continuation of the British SonicTheHedgehog comic, which followed a much different continuity to the games and the Archie comics. It has the honor of being recognized by the original writers and editors of Sonic the Comic and has achieved the status of being \\\"unofficially official\\\" among fans. Unfortunately, due to the way the comic is updated (in several \\\"issues\\\" consisting of many pages and other features each) and how the content is created (a main team of writers and some guest writers, but almost all artists switch in and out regularly), it does not stay up to date very often. The fandom still runs strong, though.
** \\\'\\\'[[http://www.mgcomics.com/GOTF/ Ghosts of the Future]]\\\'\\\' is an original \\\'\\\'SonicTheHedgehog\\\'\\\' fan comic set 200 years in the future from the series.
* Despite what the title implies, \\\'\\\'[[http://www.cloudnet.com/~dietzt/hamlet.htm Hamlet: The Manga]]\\\'\\\' is not, in fact, about the Shakespearean play. It is a webcomic about characters from the anime, \\\'\\\'The Slayers\\\'\\\', putting on a play based on it.
* \\\'\\\'{{The Last Days of FOXHOUND}}\\\'\\\' follows the lives of the QuirkyMinibossSquad from the first \\\'\\\'MetalGearSolid\\\'\\\' game before the events of the game, eventually delving deeply into the backstory of the \\\'\\\'MetalGear\\\'\\\' series after CerebusSyndrome sets in, with a big helping of AffectionateParody. * Surprisingly, \\\'\\\'[[http://poketwilight.smackjeeves.com/comics/123776/01-00-game-start/ Pokemon Twilight]]\\\'\\\' is based on Pokemon, but is \\\'\\\'\\\'not\\\'\\\'\\\' a sprite comic.

* \\\'\\\'[[NanasEverydayLife Nana\\\'s Everyday Life]]\\\'\\\' stars Nana from \\\'\\\'ElfenLied\\\'\\\'. With some appearances by characters from \\\'\\\'GunslingerGirl\\\'\\\'.
** Also \\\'\\\'[[http://manga.clone-army.org/t42r.php Tomoyo42\\\'s Room]]\\\'\\\' has Tomoyo and Sakura from CardcaptorSakura as lesbians involved in a twisted relationship.
* \\\'\\\'[[http://psychoe.deviantart.com/art/TCD-prologue-27019744 TRES]]\\\'\\\' is yet another MegaCrossover, but strictly of the anime variety.

It deals with a sort of a fantasy development of the series, involving the powers of the Bit Beasts, a twisted sense of humour, some \\\'Parental Advisory\\\' talkings and a huge room for psychologies and character development.

* An exceptional OriginalFlavour \\\'\\\'AvatarTheLastAirbender\\\'\\\' fan comic is \\\'\\\'WaterTribe\\\'\\\', set a few years after the end of the series. Premise: \\\"What if Zhao was not KilledOffForReal, but had been found with EasyAmnesia by the Northern Water Tribe?\\\". Set a few years after the end of the war, it steadily grows into a tale of a former villain trying to get his life back whilst surrounded by people who have had good reason to distrust him. Drawn by the legendary [[http://rufftoon.deviantart.com/ Rufftoon]].
* \\\'\\\'[[http://www.ztarr.net/sw_doujinshi/home.html This]]\\\'\\\' is a \\\'\\\'shoujo\\\'\\\' \\\'\\\'StarWars\\\'\\\' doujinshi. Yes. It\\\'s shoujo.
* The \\\'\\\'[[http://maniac086.deviantart.com/art/Kingdom-Hearts-doujin-page-01-22069887 Kingdom Hearts Doujin]]\\\'\\\', which features a fight between Mickey Mouse and Michael Eisner. Pretty hilarious, but also rather badass.
* A short, but sweet \\\'\\\'Tales of Legendia\\\'\\\' comic, \\\'\\\'[[http://noirrac.deviantart.com/art/JUST-A-CHANCE-pg1-94946787 Just A Chance]]\\\'\\\' stars Norma and her mentor Sven on a treasure hunt.

* \\\'\\\'[[http://shy.comicgenesis.com/ Shy]]\\\'\\\' is (was?) a \\\'\\\'SuperMarioBros\\\'\\\' fictional revisionist webcomic (think \\\'\\\'Wicked\\\'\\\' and \\\'\\\'The Wizard of Oz\\\'\\\'), revolving around the Shyguys.
* \\\'\\\'[[http://www.webcomicsnation.com/poyorick/botg/series.php?view=archive&chapter=10960 Breakfast of the Gods]]\\\'\\\', epic breakfast cereal mascot MegaCrossover.

They range from Mother, [[TheChosenFour The Chosen Four]], and Symmetry, comic versions of the games themselves, to Of Pigs and Masks and Trash Adventures, gag comics based on various details, to An Extra With Nothing To Say, Diary of a Pigmask, Sunflower and Blade, and Forgiven, comics running alongside the games to compliment their stories with various levels of seriousness. Sadly, however, many of these comics are left without any sort of resolution.

** \\\'\\\'FanFic/{{Harmony}}\\\'\\\': fan webcomic for Earthbound/MOTHER series.

* \\\'\\\'DoubleK\\\'\\\', a truly magnificent AlternateUniverse re-imagining of \\\'\\\'TengenToppaGurrenLagann\\\'\\\' that stars Kamina and Kittan as a buddy-cop duo. Notable for not only being more-or-less as gleefully ridiculous and over-the-top as the original show is, but also for captainosaka\\\'s unique art style (and some of the funniest facial expressions ever drawn).
* \\\'\\\'{{CAKE}}\\\'\\\': A fancomic set in [[{{The Powerpuff Girls}} Townsville]] based on the author\\\'s RP sessions. Features many characters from other cartoons and webcomics.
* \\\'\\\'{{Sonichu}}\\\'\\\', a comic created by a \\\'\\\'SonicTheHedgehog\\\'\\\' fan that is a MegaCrossover from \\\'\\\'SonicTheHedgehog\\\'\\\', \\\'\\\'Pokemon\\\'\\\', various obscure popular culture references and [[SelfInsertFic from the author\\\'s own life]]. It\\\'s worth reading to see exactly how terrible fan comics get, and as a study of the mentally insane.
* \\\'\\\'[[http://asherhyder.deviantart.com/art/Roommates-58800328 Roommates]]\\\'\\\' by Asherhyder is a hilarious MegaCrossover where [[{{Labyrinth}} Jareth]], [[ThePhantomOfTheOpera Erik]], [[PiratesOfTheCaribbean Commander Norrington]] and [[LesMiserables Javert]] all live together in the same apartment. Also along for the ride (occasionally) are [[GoodOmens Crowly, Aziraphale]] and [[TheLordOfTheRings Legolas]] as they try to survive each other and life outside of their normal existence.
** \\\'\\\'GirlsNextDoor\\\'\\\' is another version of this series, but told from the girls\\\' point-of-view.
* \\\'\\\'{{PPGWorld Battles The Broccolloids}}\\\'\\\': A {{Powerpuff Girls}} fancomic made for the (at the time) active PPG World forums and stars many of it members as they battle the title characters from the episode \\\'\\\'Beat Your Greens\\\'\\\'.
* \\\'\\\'[[http://mattwilson83.deviantart.com/gallery/#NaruHina-Doujin NaruHina Chronicles]]\\\'\\\' is a comic running on deviantart. As the name suggests, it\\\'s an alternative timeline to the \\\'\\\'{{Naruto}}\\\'\\\' story. The most noticeable difference being that Naruto and Hinata are a couple from early on in the series. The comic is currently 1450 pages long with 11 volumes.
* \\\'\\\'BracefaceFangface\\\'\\\': A \\\'\\\'{{Braceface}}\\\'\\\' fancomic that which feature the characters unknowingly invited to a vampire\\\'s house and quickly find themselves on the menu.
* \\\'\\\'CharCole\\\'\\\', a [[{{Ptitlei015gc004kw4}} \\\'\\\'Pokémon\\\'\\\']] fancomic which details the adventures of Cole Nero, who gets in a pickle with a badly-programmed reconstructor/teleporter and ends up stuck in the body of a Charmander.
* \\\'\\\'WeBuiltThisCity\\\'\\\', an \\\'\\\'AnimalCrossing\\\'\\\' MS Painted fancomic following a village and the unusual lives of its inhabitants.
* \\\'\\\'[[SilentHillPromise Silent Hill: Promise]]\\\'\\\' is an [[InteractiveFiction interactive]] FanSequel to SilentHill2.
* \\\'\\\'[[http://www.mighthavebeen.net/ My Name Is Might Have Been]]\\\'\\\', a DarkFic that attempts to explain some of the peculiarities and AcceptableBreaksFromReality in \\\'\\\'RockBand\\\'\\\'[[hottip:* : Supposedly \\\'\\\'GuitarHero\\\'\\\' contributed equally to the setting, but it\\\'s not like you can tell; it\\\'s definitely the {{Garfunkel}}]] by setting it in a post-apocalyptic world that revolves around ThePowerOfRock.
* \\\'\\\'NicktoonsTales\\\'\\\', where many, if not all Nicktoons, lived on a planet named the Nicktoon Kingdom. The crossover isn\\\'t very exclusive to only Nicktoons, as it involved characters from anime series appearing in it as well.
* \\\'\\\'FanFic/{{Roommates}}\\\'\\\' is basically an LGBTRomance PlotWithPorn featuring fully-grown [[SuperMarioBros Bowser Koopa Jr.]] and additional characters being assorted \\\'\\\'{{Pokemon}}\\\'\\\' and \\\'\\\'{{Digimon}}\\\'\\\' species.

* \\\'\\\'[[http://abe-kroenen.livejournal.com/ Abe & Kroenen]]\\\'\\\' an action figure \\\'\\\'Hellboy\\\'\\\' fan comic about the forbidden love of Abe Sapien and Kroenen. Guillermo del Toro apparently approves of it.
* The {{Insecticomics}} is based around a combination of AnimatedActors and toys secretly being alive, as applied to {{Transformers}}. It combines photographs of delicately positioned toys with dialogue boxes and some reasonably well-done scenery.
* \\\'\\\'[[AlienLovesPredator Alien Loves Predator]]\\\'\\\' is an action figure comic about an Alien and a Predator as roommates in New York City.
* \\\'\\\'Game/MegaMan\\\'\\\' and \\\'\\\'FinalFantasy\\\'\\\' sprite comics are particularly popular, due in no small part to the popularity and success of \\\'\\\'BobAndGeorge\\\'\\\' and \\\'\\\'[=~8-Bit Theater~=]\\\'\\\'.
* \\\'\\\'[[http://www.genvid.com/moonstruck/index.html Moonstruck!]]\\\'\\\' by Hans Schumacher - a [[OrphanedSeries most likely dead]] \\\'\\\'SailorMoon Another Story\\\'\\\' fan comic, lampoons \\\'\\\'SailorMoon\\\'\\\' in general but also the story line of the \\\'\\\'Another Story\\\'\\\' RPG.
* \\\'\\\'CaptainSNES\\\'\\\' is a fansequel to CaptainN. The new captain\\\'s methods are a bit more... unorthodox.
* \\\'\\\'[[PokemonX Pokémon-X]]\\\'\\\' is essentially an M-rated retelling of the Generation III [[{{Pokemon}} Pokémon]] games.
* \\\'\\\'AnsemRetort\\\'\\\', a hilariously demented look at what the KingdomHearts universe would be like if everyone, especially Organization 13, was completely batshit insane.
* Yep, the \\\'\\\'ChipAndDaleRescueRangers\\\'\\\' fandom has this as well: [[http://www.theacorncafe.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=18990 Ranger Days]]. This SpriteComic is also a downright [[MassiveMultiplayerCrossover Supermassive Multiplayer Crossover]].
* \\\'\\\'[[http://f4e.anarchicq.com FRIENDS 4 EVER!!!!]]\\\'\\\' is a crossover fancomic featuring \\\'\\\'SilentHill\\\'\\\', \\\'\\\'{{Doom}}\\\'\\\' and more [[NightmareFuel horror video games]].
* \\\'\\\'NintendoAcres\\\'\\\' has the main characters of \\\'\\\'SuperMarioBros\\\'\\\', \\\'\\\'{{Metroid}}\\\'\\\', \\\'\\\'SonicTheHedgehog\\\'\\\', \\\'\\\'{{Kirby}}\\\'\\\', \\\'\\\'TheLegendOfZelda\\\'\\\' living together.
* \\\'\\\'{{The Perpetual Aquarium}}\\\'\\\': A comic based on \\\'\\\'{{Neopets}}\\\'\\\' which goes way beyond the site into looking at daily life and pop culture. Helps to know the main site, but not always necessary.
* Way too many \\\'\\\'SonicTheHedgehog\\\'\\\' sprite comics out there. Remember \\\'\\\'[[SturgeonsLaw Sturgeon\\\'s Law]]\\\'\\\'.
