I made an entry on Warioware Touched entry and several aspects were recently altered with the reasons provided being \\\"Not what a B Team Sequel is, also has around the same amount of content.\\\" and \\\"The game also was developed by mostly the same development team and is not a direct sequel.\\\"

I understand from the EditWar page that I\\\'d be guilty of edit warring if I restored it to my old version, so I won\\\'t do that. However I think basically all reasons provided for the change were incorrect, here\\\'s my reasoning:

*The writeup for BTeamSequel doesn\\\'t mention a different company being a hard prequisite for the trope. The scenario of \\\"Company hands a new installment in a series to a different group so they can have a quicker turnaround on a sequel\\\" is exactly what happened here - the original WarioWare developers were busy making Twisted so the producer had a separate team of people who never worked on WW games before develop Touched at the same time so they could get it out for the DS\\\'s launch. This is detailled in [[http://archive.videogamesdaily.com/features/ncl_nintendo_wwiv_apr06_p3.asp this]] interview.
*\\\"Around the same amount of content\\\" Objectively, it doesn\\\'t. Twisted had the most microgames of any pre-Gold WW games (223) while Touched! had the least by a decent margin (191). It also has less interactive toys and minigames, and no alternate gameplay modes like WarioWatch.
* \\\"It\\\'s not a direct sequel\\\". It\\\'s a new installment in the series using its traditional format. It\\\'s a sequel by any reasonable definition of the word and it being perceived as failing short of Twisted in areas like content and variety is mentioned in sources like the [[https://w.atwiki.jp/gcmatome/pages/3159.html gcmatome game reception wiki]] and [[https://www.neogaf.com/threads/whats-up-with-warioware-touched.112890/ this NeoGaf thread when the game was brand new]], hence the comparison.

I hope this clear things up.
