Wait, so question. Where did the \

Wait, so question. Where did the \\\"report\\\" come from saying Eva Marie\\\'s gimmick was intended to be face? Her theme song features lyrics about her being a diva, bringing heat, haters running their mouth, etc., which completely fits the idea of an attractive heel flaunting the fact that she\\\'s an old school diva rather than a new generation workhorse in people\\\'s faces. It\\\'s also exactly the same between when it debuted on TV and when it got released on iTunes, not to mention incredibly similar to both Sasha Banks and Franky Monet\\\'s themes, both of which were composed for them as heels. Clearly it was composed for a heel, and it wasn\\\'t just done overnight.

Also, the dirt sheets are not always correct, and some sources are more accurate with their reporting than others. For all we know, they were just assuming that the \\\"inspirational\\\" tone of the vignettes was to be played straight, forgetting that WWE has used the \\\"delusional hero-type heel\\\" gimmick to varying results over the years, from Kurt Angle to Bo Dallas. The vignettes had Eva talking about how she wanted to be a role model and a voice for others, but that could\\\'ve very easily been referencing the \\\"social influencer\\\" aspect of her current villainous act. The in-ring training scenes which were clearly edited, meant to get people riled up about whether or not she became a good wrestler in her time off. Also, \\\"[[ItsAllAboutMe Eva-lution]]\\\" doesn\\\'t exactly sound \\\'\\\'less\\\'\\\' arrogant than her prior \\\"All Red Everything\\\" heel motif.

This is in the same time period as Karrion Kross is appearing on \\\'\\\'Raw\\\'\\\' with a stripped-down, no-Scarlett version of his FALL AND PRAY entrance, making \\\"Dead Silent\\\" feel incredibly out of place as his theme music now. And just before she started popping up in vignettes, Daniel Bryan got blatantly shoved into a [=WrestleMania=] main event that he clearly wasn\\\'t intended for in a transparent rehash of the 2014 \\\"Yes! Movement\\\" all because of the misguided complaints of the internet about Edge, and the live fans in attendance were so unconvinced that Bryan belonged in that match that he actually got boos and crickets at the start of his entrance!

What\\\'s more likely here: Wrestling/VinceMcMahon\\\'s stubborn ass suddenly decided to pivot on Eva Marie\\\'s direction \\\'\\\'and\\\'\\\' was able to make it look like nothing was changed, or the dirt sheets got it wrong from the jump?
