Aside from the Duel episode where Stiletto is in disguise as a Roma/\\\"gypsy\\\" fortune teller (which is a distinct accent, though a similar cadence, from Italian), he had a Cockney accent in the Nickelodeon airings. He did however call Greenback \\\"Baroni,\\\" but it came off as an affectatious gimmick.
Personally I can\\\'t watch the DVD. It\\\'s too jarring and just wrong to me. I don\\\'t know why they released a US DVD with a version that US audiences would be completely unfamiliar with. At least they could have added an audio track option.
