For one, if Sara is indeed a succubus (according to the link), succubus and incubus are said to not be able to affect asexuals via their sexual appeal. They cannot affect/manipulate something that didnt even exist in the first place. If Jade actually was asexual, this shouldnt have happened.
2nd - Jade should be on the Asexual Spectrum (either Grey-ace, a.k.a. rarely experiencing sexual attraction, or Demisexual, a.k.a. experiencing sexual attraction towards someone after developing strong emotional bond). Most likely Grey-ace. This is more of [If it\'s you, it\'s okay] case

...*biologically she is frozen in a prepubescent state...*
Her being stuck in prepubescent state is irrelevant, nor does it relate to asexuality. Even prepubescents can be attracted towards either genders. From where do you think Electra\'s complex and Oedipus complex come from?

Again, irrelevant. Being asexual doesnt mean that one doesnt feel emotions. It simply means that one doesnt feel sexual attraction.
Sure, that might be a causation for it but that could be treated a disease of sorts, similarly to how depression might cause someone to not feel attraction. If you remove it entirely, she might feel sexual attraction. However, we dont see this IRL as Asexuals are actually very healthy and doesnt suffer hormone imbalance (which this example seems to imply).

*... has sex with Sara Waite (apparently Jade was curious and Saras nature made attraction possible)...*
Again, no.
