Then you have borderline cases like Ryoma, Kagero, and Klein. Kagero obviously falls off because Infantry Emblem isn't as common. Ryoma is a borderline case where he's uncheesable due to DC but you don't really need to cheese him since a melee Red is just a Melee Red. Klein drops off with Fury on everyone significantly reducing his kill-zone, and even then his impact is continued by B Cord and Lyn.

Anyway as for Brave Ike, i think he actually fits on gamebreaking area. This is mainly because of how ridiculous Urvan is as a weapon. The damage reduction effect essentially turns Brave Ike into a permanent Tempest Trial Bonus Hector with ridiculous benchmark to KO him on a consecutive counter(you need 75 RAW ATK to KO Ike and thats at +0 area. To give an idea, for a +ATK Brave Roy to reach 75 RAW ATK after WTA, Roy requires Life and Death, Goad Cavalry, and an adjacent ally S support) which opens a potential Mercy/Vantage shenanigans. If you attack him and didn't KO him in a single go, he Steady Stances Counter Ignis on your face which is enough to KO Fury Ryoma

Brave Ike is so ridiculous right now that Elincia with his insane weapon is not that crazy because she can't bypass Brave Ike without Special activation, and you can argue Vanilla Ike is now outright better than Ryoma simply because Vanilla Ike can survive a round against Ignis Brave Ike on initiation and win. This is just one of his various build. Theoritically Brave Ike can run Distant Counter QP witha 1 CD Bonfire, for a weaker version of that with Distant Counter, and Aether Tank set. He even have 2 Mov unlike Hector which makes his ease of use and resposition support really strong

Black Knight can be argued to be Game Breaker under the same kind of circumstances and you can thank Black Luna for that. Black Luna is basically \"Killer Ignis\" without actually being Killer Ignis and it can get rather silly when you throw in Steady Breath/QP/Slaying Edge on top of that, but obviously BK lacks the Urvan extra effect so killing BK isn\'t that hard(with 48/34 HP, BK loses to Fury Sharena with QR/Sword Breaker on counter without factoring any ability)


tl;dr Brave Ike is broken. BK is actually very close to what makes Brave Ike broken which is CD reduction, but his lack of Urvan Damage reduction makes him much less threatening

Also Support is another thing that is ridiculously strong right now, but as far as i know the way game breaker entry is written atm makes support not a viable candidate for entry(the only things that comes to mind on this note is Ally support, Summoner Support, and various CD reduction effect but mainly QP and Steady Breath)
