At the beginning of the comic he has this monologue \"about how he hates the system\" and having a thug who works for the goverment (queen) tell him to sit down and be quiet would probally piss him off. So yeah he seems to be more mad about someone much smaller then him try to tell him what to do, then the fact that he called him piggy.
