In the process, they\'ve tried to make their one-note bad guys just a bit deeper than just being evil.
Establishing the threat Winston\'s new Overwatch will face is not grounds for arguing they\'re taking over the story. And the reason we know little about that new Overwatch is that he\'s still forming it.
