You have a point Emu0. After a quick look at the kett character page, two of the tropes in his folder are TheUnfought and his genetics boast being an InformedAbility. I considered adding NonActionBigBad, but then remembered there's a recording of him torturing captive salarians (which I'm not sure if it counts). After some research I found out you're right, there are no biotic kett (the ones who can levitate do so through element zero technology in their armor).
